Chapter 515: Decisive Battle (Part 5)

Chapter 515: Decisive Battle (Part 5)

Vodka rushed to the ground and found a messy scene. The bodies of the Black Organization members were everywhere, several code members were missing, and even his good partner Gin was missing.

"What happened?" Vodka looked at the blood-stained wall with horror, then looked at the endless carrier that was in close contact with the building, and immediately knew what had happened.

"Brother, Negroni, Binga, where have you all gone?" Vodka felt a little flustered when he realized that he seemed to be the only one left.

Suddenly, he saw a young girl approaching him, so he raised his pistol cautiously. Vodka looked closely and saw that it was a girl wearing the clothes commonly seen in racecourses. She was dancing like a cheerleader and waving two bouquets in her hands.

Before Vodka could ask, the girl grinned and said, "Good evening, sir, you have to wear sunglasses at night too."

Vodka naturally didn't think that the cheerleaders were just ordinary girls, so he fired a few shots at them: "Where did they go, big brother?"

"Wow, so aggressive." The cheerleader dodged the bullets fired at her with a single acceleration, still finding time to respond. "Do you care about them? Hey, didn't you just see what happened to them?"

"Impossible!" Vodka gritted his teeth. He couldn't believe that his elder brother would die in such a tragic way, and continued shooting in the direction of the cheerleaders.

"Oh, Mr. Charles, please!" The cheerleader saw that the firepower of Vodka was getting stronger and stronger, but her bouquet had already entered the CD, so she quickly called on the pilot for help.

The pilot who was originally sitting in the driver's seat immediately pressed a button under the seat, put on his flight backpack, and looked solemn, as if he was ready to meet something.

The next second, a skylight opened on the top of the Incessant Vehicle, and the driver's seat suddenly bounced up, sending the pilot flying through the skylight into the air. The pilot in the air took advantage of the situation to start his own aircraft and stayed in the air at a high altitude.

[Mechanic: What a cool launch control.]

[Crybaby: Wow, Uncle Charles is flying so high! Can I play with that?]

[Apostle: Just take safety measures. We'll talk about it after we return to the manor.]

After finding the correct position, the pilot threw the smoke bomb downwards, and Vodka's vision was immediately obscured by the smoke. Thinking it was just a trick, Vodka immediately rushed in the direction of the cheerleaders in his memory.

However, when he rushed out of the smoke, he found that this place seemed to be different from where he was originally. The wide track, the banners everywhere, and the sound of engines coming from far and near all showed that this was a racing track.

While Vodka was stunned, a racing car rushed past him directly, and the dust it raised stained his sunglasses.

Another car passed by Vodka before he seemed to realize what had happened, but he was not stupid enough to stop the car on the track. He looked around and found a few houses not far from the track, so he headed towards them.

This was a small auto repair shop with a pub next door, and it seemed quite a few people were gathered there. Several customers were sitting at the bar chatting while a worker was repairing a damaged racing car.

Vodka had never seen such a classic car. He felt that even though Gin's Porsche 356A was considered outdated, it was still better than the racing cars here.

"Where is this?" Vodka put away his gun and asked in confusion after finding out that this was just an ordinary pub.

A guest put down his glass and looked at Vodka: "Look at the suit you're wearing. Did it come from Lord Naija's set? Are you an actor?"

"Haha, he doesn't look like an actor at all. He's probably just a stagehand or a handyman, and now he's been kicked out." Another guest laughed loudly.

Vodka was baffled. He didn't know who Naya was, nor did he know what kind of actors on the set were. "Hey, where the hell is this place?"

"Well, it seems he's a new guy. Let me tell you, this is the Grand Race, and we're just racers who've let ourselves go here because we have no hope of getting out."

"Alas, ever since 'The Road Knight' and his teammates left the field, our lives have become increasingly difficult. I wonder when this time loop will end."

(In Abyss 4, the Road Rider finally made it to the finish line, but found that his teammates hadn't come out. He returned to the track to continue searching for the best solution with his teammates. Finally, they realized that the key to the loop was the core of the Molten Hound. The five of them worked together to grab the Abyss core and left, leaving the other racers to fend for themselves in this infinitely looping world.)

"Time loop?" Vodka looked at the person who spoke with a puzzled look.

"Yes, everything here is a cycle. Every time we gather at the starting line of the race, the cycle begins. When we crash and die, the timeline resets and brings us back to the starting line. Only by touching the finish line can the cycle end."

"Is there no other way to leave here? From what you said just now, it seems that other people have visited here. How did they come and go freely here?" Vodka was eager to leave here and asked anxiously.

The guests laughed. "Who do you think those people are? How could beings blessed by other Abyssal Gods be affected by the time loop here?"

Vodka looked depressed. "So my only option is to participate in the race, rush to the finish line, and leave this path?"

"Brother, listen to my advice. Don't fight so hard. Wouldn't it be better to just enjoy life here with us? Although the Molten Hounds are no longer a threat on the track after the Highway Knights took the core, the abyss still prevents us from leaving. Continuously fighting will only lead to rapid aging of the body."

"You don't think the time loop is just a simple reset, do you? The injuries we've suffered and the years we've experienced will still leave their marks on us! So, if we want to have fun here, we still have at least a thousand years to live. Why waste the years we have just to get out?"

Vodka fell into a brief silence. If he just had fun here, he could live a happy life for thousands of years? What a joke! He had to get out right now and find his big brother! He was probably still fighting with Oritis's gang!

So, Vodka immediately asked everyone present about the registration location and set off immediately.

Looking at Vodka's leaving back, the guests didn't say anything. They just thought it was a small episode in their long cycle. Maybe they would see Vodka driving a racing car past them later.

"To tomorrow that will never come!" A guest raised his glass and shouted his toast, and others responded.

Although everyone was drinking, the wooden bar behind them was covered with scratches counting the days, and no one had forgotten that time was still passing.
